10 Christmas Movies to snuggle up with this Holiday

Hey guys, Happy Christmas!!

So! since Christmas is a breath away, I wanted to share with everyone my favorite movies to watch during this magical time.

So without further ado, here's my list:

  1. Home Alone It's no brainer that this movie is on this list, but It's my N°1 because I grew up watching it with my family during this time of the year. Beside my emotional attachment to it, it's still a great Christmas movie to despite the disturbing plot. Rotten Tomatoes : 62%

  1. Elf A sweet movie, that is full of heart and all those fuzzy feelings and it's there to warm the Grinch inside ( Honest to God, this movie turns me into a Hugger, which I am most defenitely N). I think, it's really good movie to prep you to the upcoming celebrations. Rotten Tomatoes : 85%

  1. Nightmare before Christmas What I love about this movie (besides everything!), is that I can watch it on Halloween and Christmas. It's terrifying and grotesque, but still celebrates the spirit of Christmas. It's two polar sides coming together in one piece of art. Rotten Tomatoes : 95%

  1. How the Grinch stole Christmas Another fun movie to watch with the family. Jim Carey is one of the funniest physical comedians, and he was perfect for this role. Rotten Tomatoes : 54%

  1. A Christmas Carol Another Jim Carey movie, an animation adaptation of one of Charles Dickens classics, which goes by the same name. I like the visual work; a perfect blend of gothic and Christmas-y; I enjoyed Jim Carey's performance (he makes a really good villain, I am still scared from his performance in Lemony Snicket's: a series of unfortunate events). Rotten Tomatoes : 53%

  1. Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets I am a huge Harry Potter Fan, and I pretty much re-watch the movies an annual basis for no reason at all. However, this one in particular has a Christmas/fall vibe and I like to review it at this time of the year. Rotten Tomatoes : 82%

  1. The holiday The holiday is one of my favorite romance comedy movies,it's sweet and perfect for this season. I enjoy it immensely, when I'm the mood for a classic RomCom, but not Hallmark-trashy. Rotten Tomatoes : 43%

  1. Love actually A classic Christmas RomCom, actually, it's made for this holiday. It's 's funny, sweet and hearty. I don't think I need more to say. Rotten Tomatoes : 62%

  1. Bad Mom's Christmas Although this one doesn't come near the hilarity of the original, I still find it a better choice than Christmas office party, for a Christmas comedy to watch mainly because the chemistry of the trio is the BOMB!. Rotten Tomatoes : 28%

  1. Better Watch out This is a new movie, that came out around the beginning of 2017 and It's a Christmas themed thriller. This film is fun for what it is, I would recommend to watch it without having any clue about the plot otherwise you will ruin the whole experience (why? because the whole plot depends on one plot twist). Rotten Tomatoes : 62%
